Yes! The free plan has no time limit. You can track weight, meals, and daily activities for 1 dog for as long as you like. It includes basic weight trend charts and the last 30 days of history.

We recommend logging meal portions (including treats), walk duration, water intake, and any notable events like vet visits or food changes. Consistent logging helps you and your vet spot health trends more clearly.

Record your dog's weight periodically and TailTrim will automatically generate trend charts so you can visualise changes at a glance. We recommend weighing every one to two weeks for the most accurate trend analysis.

TailTrim breaks the weight journey into three phases. Phase 1 "Gradual Loss" focuses on safe weight reduction through portion control and increased activity. Phase 2 "Stabilisation" helps your dog adjust to the new weight. Phase 3 "Maintenance" ensures the healthy weight is sustained long-term. Each phase comes with tailored recommendations and goals.

Premium is US$2.99/month (approx. HK$23) and comes with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

Premium unlocks AI weekly health analysis reports, unlimited dog profiles, family sharing (up to 5 members), CSV/PDF export, and unlimited historical data. Every advanced feature is designed to help you take more comprehensive care of your dog's health.

iOS users can cancel in App Store > your account > Subscriptions. Web users can cancel through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from the Settings page. After cancelling, you can continue using Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

For iOS subscriptions, refund requests are handled through Apple's official process. For web subscriptions, please contact our support team within 7 days of payment and we will be happy to assist with a refund.

Family sharing is a Premium feature that lets you invite up to 5 family members by email to help manage your dog's health data. Invited members can access shared dog profiles and help log meals, weight, and daily activities.

There are two roles. The Owner has full control, including adding, editing, and deleting dog profiles. The Caretaker can log daily data and view dog profiles but cannot delete dogs or change settings.

The iOS app uses on-device Core Data for local storage with optional cloud sync. The web version stores data on Cloudflare's encrypted servers. Regardless of platform, we take your data security and privacy very seriously.

Premium users can export their dog's weight records and daily tracking data as CSV or PDF files from the Settings page. This makes it easy to keep personal backups or share information with your vet.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Once confirmed, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, please make sure to cancel it first.

The iOS app supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later. The web version works on all modern browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, with a smooth experience on both desktop and mobile devices.

The iOS app works fully offline and all data will sync automatically when you are back online. The web version currently requires an internet connection to function.
