Partner Terms (Affiliate)

Each partner receives a unique referral code. When a user arrives via your link, TailTrim binds the referral code to the user account (bind).

The default v1.1 attribution window is 14 days from the first click/landing. If a user starts a trial or subscription within the window, later paid charges may still count.

The commission duration starts at the first successful paid charge and lasts up to 12 months per user.

v1.1 defaults to 30% recurring commission (counted per successful charge) for up to 12 months. Any adjustments will be communicated in writing or via the portal.

To reduce refund/revocation risk, each commission event has a holdback period (default 14 days) before becoming payable. Payouts are processed monthly by default, and partners can generate invoices in the portal.

TailTrim may offer limited-time milestone bonuses (one-time). Eligibility is based on reaching X paid users where each user completes at least a 2nd successful charge.

Bonus details (threshold/amount/timebox) will be announced via the portal or in writing and paid with the next payout cycle.

Partner content must be truthful and non-misleading, and must not claim medical treatment outcomes. Paid relationships must comply with local disclosure requirements.

Do not use brand bidding, fake traffic, bots, or unauthorized assets for promotion.

For refunds, revocations, charge disputes, or suspicious activity, TailTrim may adjust or reverse related commissions/bonuses. If already paid, amounts may be offset against future payouts.

TailTrim may suspend or terminate accounts for major policy violations, repeated low-quality traffic, or inaccurate reporting.
